Philip Douch is both a writer and a performer. He tells his amusing off-beat stories with Heads & Tales and also on his own (though he prefers to have an audience....). Uniquely he takes a selection of his stories (Are You Sitting a Little Uneasily?) or his one-man show (Celebrity Love Hero! – featured at The North Devon Fringe Festival) into people’s own homes, bringing the theatre to your lounge, garage or garden. Anyone is welcome to book him for A Good Night In for family and friends.

Philip is also a playwright. Charlie was performed as a winner of the Gloucestershire Postcode new writing competition and Misconceptions has been workshopped at The Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham. The plays are funny and serious at the same time, exploring the impact of disability and infertility on people’s relationships.

Philip performed his seventy minute one-man show Celebrity Love Hero at The Inn on the Square, Barnstaple in June 2010 as part of Fringe Theatrefest.
